Union Public Service Commission released the final results of General Duty Medical Officer. and the candidates who have applied and appeared for the combined computer based recruitment test which was held on 1st February 2015 can check the results from the official website or from the link provided below. UPSC released the notification for the recruitment of over 107 posts of General duty medical officer.

Union Public Service Commission was formed on 1st October 1926. It is India’s central agency which is authorised to conduct various examinations in various departments like Civil Services Examination, Indian Forest Service examination, Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination, Combined Medical Services Examination, Special Class Railway Apprentice, Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Examination, and Central Armed Police Forces(Assistant Commandant) Examination.
UPSC released the notification for the recruitment of 107 General Duty Medical Officer posts. and successfully conducted the exam.However, the candidates who had appeared and qualified in the examination had attended for the interviews from 20th July to 24th July 2015. Those who attended can check the interview results from the official website. The candidates who got selected in the interview will have to undergo recommended three months training, recommended six months training, recommended nine months training as well as recommended one-year training.
